Terms and Conditions – Phoenix Detailing
By booking a service with Phoenix Detailing you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointments
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and ready for service at the agreed time and location. Delays in access may result in reduced service time or cancellation at our discretion.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change. However, last-minute cancellations affect our ability to serve others. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a 100% service fee.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to your appointment will incur a 50% service fee.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur any fee.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bank transfer is the accepted payment method. For any applicable cancellation fees, an invoice will be issued and must be paid within 7 days.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is a priority at Phoenix Detailing. If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, offer a re-service or partial refund at our discretion.
5. Vehicle Condition
Please remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before service. Phoenix Detailing is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the detailing process. Heavily soiled vehicles (e.g., excessive pet hair, stains, or hazardous material) may incur additional charges.
6. Weather & Safety
In cases of severe weather or unsafe working conditions, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We will notify you as soon as possible and make arrangements for a new date and time.
7. Liability
While we take the utmost care with every vehicle, Phoenix Detailing is not liable for any pre-existing damage or defects, nor for issues that arise during normal cleaning procedures. Any concerns must be reported immediately after service.
8. Amendments
These terms and conditions may be updated at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or directly to clients.
By booking with Phoenix Detailing, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
